We know that it's hard with a new shoe brand to decide which size to buy, and people often buy two pairs with the intention of returning the one that doesn't fit. Since Nix + Ness is a small company, returns are hard on us. We are hoping to guide you to the right size the first time around!

Each shoe has sizing information in the description. Some shoes are truer to size, and some are running small. Make sure you read the description for each shoe regarding sizing. You can also check out this size chart from our manufacturer - which will help if you know how long your feet are in Millimeters, or what your EU size is.

Every shoe comes in size US6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 10. We are working with our manufacturer on providing more sizes in the future. Please do let us know if you are interested in a size we don't have - that way we know how many to order once we can carry extended sizes!

Our warehouse is at 4800 Dahlia St., Denver CO 80216. All orders will be labeled with your name and left in the lobby (enter from the west parking lot, facing Dahlia St.). You may pick up your order M-F 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

We hope you love your shoes and please make sure to read the question above regarding sizing. We are no longer accepting returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Every product is checked before leaving the warehouse in order to try to prevent any issues, but we know sometimes products have unforeseen damage. If your product is damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receipt at hello@nixandness.com. Thank you.
